Terms and Conditions of Sales

In these terms and conditions of sale, Senior Phone Shop, “we” and “us” means Senior Phone Shop and “you” means you our valued client.

These Terms and Conditions of sale govern your purchase of goods from us. Your order placed on our online store constitutes the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. The Contract cannot be varied or changed unless agree in writing.

By using the Senior Phone Shop online store, you agree to be bound by its conditions of use as stated below.

Only persons aged 18 years or above can place orders with us. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are 18 years old or above. In case Senior Phone Shop suffers any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with us.

 

Placing your order on our online store

You may place an order simply by completing the order form on our online store and clicking the "ORDER ONLINE" button.

We will confirm your order number by email. Please note that your order has to pass though our internal checking procedures before being formally accepted.

All sales orders submitted to Senior Phone Shop through our online store are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel your orders at our sole discretion.

We will confirm your order when we send out your tax invoice to you by email. The invoice will confirm shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after receiving your payment, we will contact you by phone or email.

You are not allowed to change your delivery address or to cancel an order without our prior written consent. Please note that any cancellations or approved order alteration may be subjected to a service fee of up to 15% of the purchase price or AUD29 whichever is higher.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once goods have been despatched from our warehouse.

 

Prices shipping costs and GST

Senor Phone Shop reserves the right to change the pricing of our products or remove any of them from sale without prior notice. The pricing of our products are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

The pricing of our products shown on our online store excludes shipping costs. During the checkout, the shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately. The calculation of shipping costs will be based on what items you order.

 

Payment methods and processing

Senor Phone Shop accepts major credit cards and other payments using PayPal Safely and Encryption Payment Gateway.

Direct bank transfers are also available.

We process your payments after you click the "ORDER ON LINE" button.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or Public holidays will not be processed for payment until the next working day..

 

Policy for payment card details

Senor Phone Shop will not be responsible for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

 

Tax Invoice for your order

We will confirm your order when we send out your tax invoice to you by email. Please keep your tax invoice in a safe place. Your tax invoice proves the commencement of your warranty period and you will need it should you require to return your product under warranty for repair.

 

Delivery and shipping of your order

Shipment will be shipped out within 2 working days on receipt of your order and/or confirmed receipt of payment.

Once shipped, your order will normally arrive at the delivery address within 2 -7 workings days.  

Shipment will be made only after confirm receipt of payment.

Senor Phone Shop will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order within this period. But we cannot guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame if due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from the date of order, please contact us at sales@seniorphoneshop.com.

 

Risk and Title of goods

Senor Phone Shop is deemed to have delivered your order when the order is accepted at the delivery point nominated by you.

Your claim for any shortage in supply or damage to the goods must be notified to us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

Please note that the title of goods and risk of loss to your order will pass to you upon confirmed shipment.

 

Exchange / Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy on defective goods. Please choose your products carefully as we do not operate a non-defective goods return/refund policy (such as if you change your mind or simply make a wrong decision). 
 
If the goods you purchased is defective, you may request for an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that the goods must be shown to be detective not due to your negligence and the goods must be returned to us before any request for refund will be entertained.

Simply call our customer support Toll Free Call 1800 206 883 or email us at support@seniorphoneshop.com and if required we will provide you a Return Authority (RA) number.

All products returned MUST be returned in their original condition with all the parts originally supplied. The original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, any other documentation included and gifts that come with the purchased goods must be returned together with the defective goods.

The returned goods should be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. Please mark your RA number clearly on the outside of the packaging and attach a copy of your invoice to the package as a proof of your purchase.

Senor Phone Shop reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging or deemed as not in "as new" condition.

Shipping charges on returned items will be born by customers.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Please note that the normal processing time for refund requests is 4-6 weeks from the date of request.

 

Exchange / Refund Policy

How to arrange returns of faulty products under warranty

If you feel your product is not working correctly, please call our customer support  Toll Free Call 1800 206 883 or email us at support@seniorphoneshop.com and if required we will provide you a Return Authority (RA) number. 

If you return a product under warranty it MUST be complete with all the parts originally supplied.  

The returned goods should be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit.

Please mark your RA number clearly on the outside of the packaging and attach a copy of your invoice to the package as a proof of your purchase.

 

Product Warranty 

Senor Phone Shop warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 9 months, excluding batteries which are warranted for a period of 6 months, effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty is limited to normal use in accordance with the operating instructions and you are required to show valid proof of purchase. Please read the warranty conditions carefully as it contains the full and additional warranty terms and conditions for receiving the warranty services during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:
  1. 1. Damage caused by customers who do not follow the instructions in the user guide/manual for the installation and proper functioning of the product,
  2. 2. Misuse by you of the product or any negligence on your part,
  3. 3. Damage caused by electricity failure, lighting, over voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood, accident, negligence, misuse or improper handing/operation, or any       other uncontrolled external cause,
  4. 4. Non-compliance by you to the warnings in the user guide and any government and state laws and regulations governing purchase, use and operation of the product in your country.
  5. 5. Modification to the product by anyone other than Senor Phone Shop or on our behalf.

Senor Phone Shop or employees of Senior Phone Shop will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods paid by you to us.

 

Privacy Policy

At Senior Phone Shop your privacy is our priority. We hold the privacy of your personal information in the highest regard. 

Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. We will not sell your personal information to other organizations.

General

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.

Please note that no Senior Phone Shop employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the terms and conditions governing any sale. 

Senior Phone Shop will not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by situations beyond the our control.

Senior Phone Shop shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
